Woke up to find a very large and mushy water spot in my kitchen ceiling. So much for taking Father's Day off. (Pipe had a small hole in it, which was resolved by replacing a small section.)

Just went through a water problem in our basement. Scared me.. thinking possible foundation problems! It was our very..very..old water heater. Got a new one, fans out to dry carpet and wall...no more leak. Whew..
