Certainly a BEAUTIFUL PLACE,,,, But many peeps are leaving there and choosing the Arizona desert to relocate to. Not because ARIZONA DESERTS are MORE BEAUTIFUL, BUT MUCH CHEEPER TO LIVE AT, THAN THE PLACE THEY ARE EXITING. ..................... you may have already guessed, that pix is from California

Never mind. I'll keep Texas. If I moved it would be to the Ozarks or to the Smokies, I think.

I definitely wouldn't have the patience to climb like that. I would hang a primitive metal lamp above the balcony so that there is no need to carry a ladder. Here, such lamps are sold for 154-302 rubles ($2-4).

On the other hand, in the places where I live, such roofs are very rare - the fact is that in winter there can be a lot of snow, or even freezing rain, and such roofs would simply break in this climate. Here it is customary to make the slope of the roofs at 45 degrees so that the snow slides down. Or the roofs are made with a slight slope, but then every two weeks you have to climb there with a shovel and clean it.
