Oh my God, a glowing collar. In our village, one dog walker puts a similar one on his dog. Imagine absolute darkness, a dense spruce forest, and then, as if from underground, a glow appears from the thickets. The dog is not visible at all, only the glowing collar is visible. From the side, it all looked, at least, like the Hound of the Baskervilles. The first time I saw this, I was seriously scared )
Although, of course, in the dark, this is a good way to make the dog visible to cars driving here on country roads, where there are few streetlights.
