Our numbers are completely different. They don't write the name of the region, but they write 2-3 digits that correspond to this region. For example, Moscow region is the numbers 50, 90, 150, and 190, if I'm not mistaken. And the other digits are the number of the car itself.
But they don't produce models with two carburetors (injectors, etc.) here. Or maybe they produce some new ones that I haven't seen. Now the Russian auto industry is flooded with Chinese equipment and factories, and sometimes it's hard to figure out what they're doing there.

799 - this is obviously Moscow. There are relatively many cars in Moscow, so the numbers can be 77, 177, 99, 199, 799 and others.
