Owls, oppossum and raccoons are nocturnalOpossum, raccoon, owl, fox, coyote, dog, want me to keep going?
Coyotes and foxes are mostly nocturnal but can be out in early morning and evening.
These birds were taken in the morning and evening.
Therefore it is highly unlikely that an owl, oppossum or a raccoon got them.

We have a trail cam set up by the coop to see if anything was bothering them during the day, but so far nothing. I think I will move it to the woods to see if we can catch something out there. Over the winter I have gotten racoons, foxes and deer on the camera. And the neighbor lets hunters run their dogs during coyote season. It's my understanding they catch quite a few. It's mostly cattle farms on our road. We have a brook and a river that run through our property so I am sure we are like a fast food restaurant.
