I'm not sure where you are or if this is the problem but...

Are you farther south than Michigan (an earlier wild bird stop) and can wild birds land or get near your birds?

I'm not saying this is it but I had some wild bird drop a pathogen in my flock and it was pretty devastating. Turns oust some wild bird infected them. Is there any way you can take one of the ill or dead to a university or the like for a necropsy? (some will charge, some will do for free)

If you're losing a lot of birds, this may be the best way. But other folks here may have better options.

I live in WV, but wild birds cannot get to my flock right now.
