I have the farm innovators incubator with the automatic egg turner that you can also buy to go with the incubator. The egg turner was turning properly.

I’ve had deformities happen with too low of temps during incubation. Missing eyes, no eyes. Or could have just been a fluke thing that happened.

I’d rather have a chicken with a missing wing than a missing eye ball : )

I bought pullets at Rural King and one ended up being a rooster.

What breed of chicken are they?
Why did you breed them if you only wanted pullets?

I wanted to hatch out my own chicks that is why. There are 2 dominique hens, 1 dominique rooster, and 2 buff orpington hens.
