Ok, I've removed a section of the turner ready for day 18, I've also candled and marked the older ones. something else though - since I will have to have the humidity at %70 for the older eggs on day 18, will that drastically affect the younger ones?

I once did a staggered hatch in one incubator and upping the humidity didn't affect the hatchlings or the growing chicks. You could try and see what happens
