Inbreeding?

Say u have a Rooster that breeds its own offspring, is that ok? I was wanting to expand my flock the hard way since i cant seem to keep Rural king chicks alive. So if i go this route what happens?

Parent to offspring is fine for at least a few generations.
Sibling matings can awry more quickly.

Curious about keeping chicks alive, might not bode well for incubation.
