I am getting 2 dozen silkie eggs on Monday from Bobbi Porto. Can I breed the roos that hatch with the hens that hatch or would that be inbreeding? Should I get a different rooster or different hens??

it depends on if they're siblings or not... if they are, do not breed them as any underlaying recessive diseases or defects they carry from the parents that are passed on to chicks may become dominant when combined, thereby killing your chickens or causing deformation or defects.

There is a practice called selective inbreeding that is used frequently. I read an article on it just the other day. Do a search and see if you call find it.
