Inbreeding?

There shouldn't be anything wrong with the meat, as far as I know. :)
It's a possibility you could get some defects (like wolf teeth), but not too likely.

But it is a good idea to get some new blood :)

A normal rabbit mouth is rather like a normal human mouth, with the edges of the upper teeth lying just to the outside of lower teeth when the mouth is closed. Rabbit teeth have "open roots," which means that they continue to grow throughout the rabbit's life. Teeth that line up properly wear against each other as the rabbit chews, and all is good. It isn't unusual to find a rabbit with a lower jaw that puts the lower teeth just to the outside of the uppers (this is especially common in short-faced breeds like lops and Dwarfs). If the teeth don't line up properly, they don't wear off, and continue to grow. The lower front teeth usually go up and out, and the lower teeth curl back in toward the roof of the mouth. Teeth like this must be filed/clipped regularly, or there is a risk of the animal starving because it can't eat.
