Incubate or just wait?

Our Toulouse has been laying eggs for a couple of weeks. At last check there were 9 in there, laid probably one every other day is my guess.

SO, do I take some out and try to incubate them? I know it takes about 30 days and you have to keep the humidity really high. I can do that. I'm just wondering if at some point she is going to sit on these things or do I take them from her? She goes and sits once in awhile but I suspect it is just to lay another egg.

So she doesn't have to set right from the start? The eggs will remain fertile until she has enough laid and then she'll set? Hmmmm. Completely opposite of my chickens. Goofy geese.
