incubated chicks

Well, here it is..
At first we let are silkie hen lay on 5 eggs for about 15 days then we took them and put them in the incubater theg are 23 days still in the egg and we had allot of movement last night i want to know what i have to do if they will hatch if there not. And weve candled them to see if there wher eny babies and they wher all good. Would it do enything to the time they stay in the egg if my hen decided to sit on them 3 days later?? I need asnwers quick
