Incubating …. Again! Whoops.

Back to incubating! Wasn’t meant to and then what rocks up at my door? 24 eggs!! (A surprise belated birthday gift).
12 Araucana eggs.
12 unknown eggs
(Friend told the seller to remove the marks. I found her website and saw what breeds she sells. She unfortunately for him didn’t remove one of the As so i knew what it was lol.

However the other 12. A complete mystery. They are creamy tan medium sized eggs.
They could be Vorwerk, buff orp or Australorp. Lol. Stay tuned I guess!

Side note, does anyone here use a Janoel 60 to incubate/hatch? Do you like it? We had to purchase it because not many options (and as I said, we weren’t planning on incubating) but the papers for it say best as a hatcher. So I’m not sure! Would love any tips you may have for it.

I had to laugh as I was supposed to be done in July. I oopsed in September and have 17 silkies running around in a pen in the 20s and 30sF, barely two months old, acting like it's summer.

I've heard of some who have them, various sizes, and have liked them. You can type Janoel in the search, and you'll see a ton of threads, mostly folks asking questions or advice.

You sound like you've incubated before, so you know what you're doing. You should be fine!

Yep I sold my incubator and everything. Went I’m done! Hatched 3 clutches under 3 Broodies. And now I’m back
Thankfully it’s warm here !
