Hello,

I have two eggs in my incubator and one my smallest egg which my son and I named cutie , we saw there not just one baby there is two which is very exciting. I have another egg named mona, is also doing well. My question is, today is the 18th day, and they should hatch on May 31st or June 1st, but when do they start to pip or when should they start to break the egg . The incubator that I have is the 9300 still air incubator

please help

It Should be anytime in the next two days but don’t worry if they don’t I have had chicks that haven’t piped since day 21 and still been healthy birds also don’t forget to increase the humidity otherwise it will dry out the membrane when they pip causing them to stick to it and kill it also please don’t be tempted to lift the lift only if you need to because this can kill the too hope this helps and it all goes well

Thank you, ;) about how much do I increase it too? right now I have it at 99.5 and I check the temperature and sometimes it says its at 100.2 or 101.1 for the highest.
Sorry for too many questions ..

Up the humidity and lock down the incubator. No need to change temperature.
Thank you, very much. I have a egg turner in the incubator when can i remove it? that way i can help my babies so they can start moving around. I know they should be here May 31st or June st. ??

when you say lock down, do I unplug both of the red vents? sorry I am new to this and i never done this before ...

Depends on how humid it gets inside the incubator once you raise the humidity. If lots of condensation remove one and if that doesn't help remove both.
