Good Morning, I am currently incubating by booted Bantums eggs. They are tiny... These are pictures of Momma and Papa. I am on day 16 and all the eggs are growing
. so far so good. I'm a newbie at incubation and have been reading up. I have read the Bantums will hatch two days sooner because they are smaller than a typical egg. They have been kept at 99.5 degrees with 52% humidity. I know that 3 days prior you are supposed to stop turning the eggs and increase the humidity to about 75% and open the fresh air vent. But what I'm not sure of is what day should I do that since the eggs are smaller?? Normally it would be at 19 days ( 3 days before a 21 day cycle) but should it be at 17 days since they are smaller eggs? Has anyone had experience with incubating Bantum Eggs and what were you successful with? Also, the pictures below are of when they were younger. They are full grown but still small bantums. Thank you!
