Incubating canary eggs?

Is it possible to incubate canary eggs it's just out of curiosity I've never seen anyone do it ? Can it be done

Do you know at what temperature and how long?

I incubate at 99.5 on a roller style incubator or when I had just a still air and was turning by hand I used a jar or dish filled with craft sand to carry them from nest and lay them in. The keets run about 18 day so at about day 15 stop turning but you can check by candleling to see when chick enters air cell. I would think canary’s may go even a day or two less. My eggs are the size of my pinky nail already so I can only imagine yours
