Depends, forced air is 99.5F (37.5C) still air is 102F (38.5) at top of the egg

Not for all incubators. As @Rose Quartz said, forced air is cooler than still air.

Do you have at least one calibrated thermometer that you purchased separately from the incubator is an important question too.

Yeah I have 2 separate ones in the incubator and 2 humidity gauges just incase one malfunctions or somthing gotta stay prepared lol

Have you tested the humidity gauges, they don't read accurately you gotta salt test them and find out how far off their reading before using them. I know you said you have 2 but if you don't test them your shooting in the dark.
