incubating different eggs

i have 3 sets of eggs comming in andnot enough bators so im makinga hatcher , if i put the 19 day old egg in the homemade hatcher what should the temp be becaue i dont undersatnd how to set up that thermostat thing for the homemade bators

you have to have it set BEFORE you set any eggs..
