Incubating duck and turkey eggs

I turn my eggs twice a day at the same time.
Other people like to turn them odd numbers. 3,5,7 times a day.
If you aren't home at all though you'll need a turner or have someone turn them. They need turned everyday.
So turn them at like 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening

What if the Temp or Humidity gets to high? Will it hurt or kill the eggs? I am at a high altitude should the humidity be higher?

Hi. Also want to incubate duck and turkey eggs together. How do you do the cool down thing. I have never done that with turkey eggs. Or do you not do that
