Incubating Duck Egg Questions

I think I am going to try to incubate my pekin duck eggs with the skillet method, as I filled every incubator within a twenty mile radius with guinea eggs. Thats right ...every one

How many eggs can I let her lay and them still be viable. She has laid eight int he past ten days. I've left them in her nest. There is a lean to over her nest to keep out the sun and rain, but I'm thinking its time to take them out, or I may lose them.

How long do you let them lay?

maybe you should try to let her set....but if not take them in asap

I've been told pekins will no longer sit. They would hatch their own eggs when I was growing up, but everyone that I've talked with says they won't now.

Have you had any luck with them going broody?
