I just purchased a magicfly incubator and was wondering if there is any tips for not using a hygrometer until I can calibrate the hygrometer?

get a hygrometer asap, if you already have eggs in the incubator, then for now occassionally add a little water in. Keep an eye on the air cells of the eggs, so you can sort of tell if its too dry.I just purchased a magicfly incubator and was wondering if there is any tips for not using a hygrometer until I can calibrate the hygrometer?
I'm going to put one in there, should I calibrate it first? Is it supposed to be at 55%?get a hygrometer asap, if you already have eggs in the incubator, then for now occassionally add a little water in. Keep an eye on the air cells of the eggs, so you can sort of tell if its too dry.
