Incubating duck eggs

Ok, I know you have to candle the eggs once in a while and turn the eggs, but how frequently should i turn them? And what is the temp i should set the incubator at? what about the humididty? I just want to make note of these things before i order my eggs. I am planning on ordering them in june so I have a summer project to keep me busy! THANKS!!!

turn ATLEAST 3 times a day. the more the better. but keep in the same everyday. and turn them an uneven number of times. (3,5,7,9)
temp- 99.5 for forced air (incubator with a fan)
100-101 for still air not fan.
humidity depends on your area. usualy around 30-40%

alot of people mist their eggs daily. and some cool them for 5-10 minutes daily (i do not. so someone else can tell you more about this if you are interested)

what kind of eggs are you ordering?

i highly recomend reading this forum. gives alot of good advice (even tho it says goose. it still applies to ducks)

I am ordering either 3 or 4 eggs because i want 2 to hatch.

if you want 2 eggs to hartch you need to atleast order 6.
shipping is very hard on eggs and it lowers your hatch rate by atleast half in most cases, if not more.
