I have some quail eggs that I set this morning, they were posted to me and left to settle for 18 hours. I noticed 2 were very slightly chipped but thought I'd put them in and see how they go as I didn't think it had gone through the membrane - one of these eggs I've just noticed is oozing a kind of yellowy liquid so I have removed it, however on cracking it open the yolk is still intact. Another is oozing very slightly, this one isn't visibly chipped. Should I remove this as well? Any help much appreciated!

I would. If an egg is oozing I consider the odds of it hatching practically 0. I consider the odds of it damaging the other eggs very high.

You wanted to see how they would go. You have seen and it is not good.
