Incubating eggs

Hello I'm Lucy and I'm new on BYC. I got an incubator last year, and I wanted to start off my flock with a batch of different breeds. I have raised chickens all my life, but last year we moved from California, to Texas, so, we are just moving into our house here, and I wanted to start hatching some eggs from my incubator. We had to get rid of all my 20 beloved birds when we moved, but I luckily got to keep my two favorite Millie Fleurs- Fuzz-Buzz, and Miliie. I have showed and done showmanship with 4-H for two years, so I'm interested in show breeds of all shapes and sizes. Does anyone have any breeds they would recommend? Also, if any of y'all live here in Texas and have any breeders that you recommend, that would be awesome. Thanks y'all
