That's the easiest way to do it! The eggs just need taken off the turner 3 days before they are due to hatch.

Pea eggs sometimes do better incubated on their sides. If u have an auto-turner that works w that configuration, great. Supplemental turning (in addition to the auto turner) can be helpful too.
