If there are no pips, then I would candle them inside the incubator to look for internal pips.

eggs should be very solid dark/black at this stage, no clear

well today is the 25th day and they haven't hatched what do I do

i poke a hole in the air cell big enough to see if the chick is alive.

Sorry about your recent eggs. I use the Dry Incubation method and I have had good luck. There is a link in my signature, here is the short version:

Day 1-18: add no water, use the egg's evaporation to create humidity. humidity should be 25-45%
Day 19-21: 55-65% humidity

Temperature should be 99.5, make sure you have multiple devices to measure temperature and humidity to ensure accuracy
