I have a new incubator that I have tried to incubate some eggs in and neither time has it worked. I thought I might have a infertile rooster but I had seven eggs hatch under a hen that he has been with. What are some of your thoughts about this problem.

Before anyone can give you an opinion we'd need a lot more info, such as:
What kind of bator are you using, is it still air or forced air, what temps are you running it at? Do you have a thermometer and hygrometer that has been checked for accuracy? What rate are you using for humidity days 1-17/18? What is your humidity at lockdown? Are the eggs being turned and how often?
