Incubating / Feeding Japanese (Coturnix) - Newbie

I bought the same magicfly incubator and it stopped working on me 4 minutes after I plugged it in. A similar no name one is off by almost 4 degrees. I just have a small square hygrometer from Amazon placed on the egg tray. The chicks actually bonded to it. Use the hygrometer / thermometer placed inside the device not the built in one they are total junk.
