Incubating & hatching

Hi,
Out of interest do you incubate & hatch in the same bator or move the eggs to hatch?
I have been thinking about (buying ...shhh! ) a "hatching" bator? What does everyone prefer ??

I incubate and hatch in the same incubator, but if you want to do staggered hatches (i.e. set eggs at different dates), it's handy to have a hatcher.

If you are hatching on a weekly schedule, a hatcher would be ideal.
