Incubating my first eggs! Any tips?

Hello I am new to BYC and recently purchased two Heritage turkey hens and a Narragansett Tom turkey. After the second day I found an egg. The hen was setting on the eggs but the clutch became to large to fit under her so I bought a small air circulating incubator. I now have 24 eggs in it. I have learned that candling the eggs are very important to make sure that they are fertile and progressing.

How is your hatch going? Did they all hatch or some of them? Do you have pics?

They are adorable! Congrats!
So far, 3 of mine have hatched today...and 12 have pipped!

That's awesome!! Thanks! So far, 21 out of 23 that I put in lockdown have hatched( I actually had to help the last one hatch because it had zipped 3/4 of the way but it was taking such a long time that the membrane started to dry out despite good humidity levels. Just waiting on my last 2 to do SOMETHING I need a pip from them (end of day 21 so not a huge deal except that now that everyone else has hatched I'm ready for them to hurry up already lol) Yeah I'm glad I did because it helped me set them a little better I think (where they're most likely to pip and all. I didn't do the best job, but I had a pretty good idea of how well they were developing. All in all for my first hatch I think I didn't do too shabby...I was originally expecting only a 50% hatch rate. Do you have any pics of them?

Near the lowest point of the air sack (I'm new at this, but that's what I'd been reading and how I I positioned them with possible pip area up) It worked pretty well so far.
