Incubating NEWBIE~ Please help

So we are going to start incubating 42 guinea eggs in our 1588 GQF Styrofoam Incubator forced air with auto turner. Well I can't get the humidity below 70% even after removing water from the small trough and the temp is at 99.7 Please help> I really want these eggs to hatch :-(

Had you just washed the incubator? If you have not put the eggs in yet, open the lid and let it air out for a couple of hours. Mine did the same thing after I cleaned it and closed it up to set the temp.
