One caveat, if it binds the wing peel it so the wing is free, it needs the wing for balance.

It’s doing okay. It can lift its head and move around. It’s not standing quite yet though. It’ll lean back on its legs. I helped it get a drink. I read for weak chicks to feed them scrambled eggs and/or sugar water. What are your thoughts?

We feed a lot of scrambled egg. First for a top dressing then after a couple of days we grind the boiled egg in the starter at about one egg to two ounces of starter.

It should be able to stand within 24 hours of getting out of the egg. I've yet to have a chick that is unable to stand by then make it in the long run. It's unfortunate but you will get chicks that simply fail to thrive sooner or later.
