Incubating Quail - Vancouver

Hello backyard chickens,
I have a small yard and discovered quails will be perfect. I was wondering if there is anyone on the Northshore in Vancouver, BC who has a broody hen, incubator for rent, sale, or to lend. I am will to compensate for the lost productivity of a hen. Bantams seem to be best for this task.
