Incubating Question

Hi my name is cole, I just got the "HovaBator Genisis 1588". I set the electronic thermostat to 99.5 degress. I also got the "Incu Therm plus". On my incubator it says the temp is 99.5, on the digital thermometer(incu them plus) it says the temp is 102. I dont know which to trust. Anybody know?

Never trust any thermometer w/o checking the accuracy first and with that being said, a good share of the time the incubators are off.
