Incubating Temps Question

This website says to keep temps at 99.5 for forced air, but 101.5 for still air.
Is this correct?
I've been keeping my still air in the 99-100 range. Is this going to slow the chicks growth?

Still air incubators... about 102 degrees measured at the level of the top of the eggs.
If your thermometer is reading 99 as the temp of the air on top of the eggs - it's too low. You may have a bad hatch altogether or they could hatch late.
Temps in still air 'bators can vary depending on where the temp is measured; at the top of the eggs, in the corner, at the center, under the eggs... etc.
I always kept 2 or 3 thermometers in my still air 'bator. It helped to know what my temps were doing and where they were different. Some people rotate their eggs to keep them from "hot & cold spots."
