I was considering getting some turkey eggs and an incubator. Do i need a special incubator for them? I read on here about the different temps and what not but I was more curious about the actual incubator. thank you!!

You don't need a special incubator for turkey eggs.i have hatch many in a hovabator still air incubator.Hatching temp. is same as with chickens.Turkeys hatch at 28 days.Feed the poults game bird starter. They need higher protein than chickens.

Use the one you have same temp, just an extra week of incubating.

I incubate my turkeys with my chickens just the extra 7 day's, its after they hatch that's harder there almost blind and can not find the heat food and water, and you have to make sure the are kept dry.

I put baby chicks with turkeys for the first month the chicks teach the turkey's how to eat drink and keep to the heat,
