I got some pictures of my OE broody Crystal today.

This is a painted cardboard canister that was used to ship bulk spices. It used to have a lid and was used to store winter clothes in until it got water damaged from a water heater leak and was morphed into a chicken nest box. I think when she hatches these I am going to repaint it with that rubber coat and get at least 5 more years of service out of it. I have had this canister since the mid '80's. I love how the round shape keeps the eggs solidly under her.
Nice use of the canister. I hope she has a good hatch!

Sorry, you had internet issues today.

Well I thought I did. Phew I thought I was in trouble. Have fun with that bator.
Oh, I'm having fun all right.... Enough fun I'd like to march over to my neighbor's house and ask why she let it sit for so long when she has the nicest LG in history!! :barnie -Banti

Cick on top of basket is CBR/CCL. Two chicks its sitting on are CCL. Two chicks that are hiding in the bat cave are OE (dark one is Marans and lighter one is Welsumer).......I think.
