i agree completely! but after 9 hours at a desk doing nothing all day long

life gets in my way

i used to be very in shape

I spend at least that much time, 7 days per week, sitting in front of this contraption, and I'm in great shape.   Round is a shape

I  really just need to burn up calories, and put less into me
i know my issues and what to do, its just doing them that is my problem right now
if i start being more active and losing weight, i will have to adjust dosages of medications and could have very bad reactions

Very good point liz. I suppose that is something I had not considered. Have good friends who's son was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes a year or two back. Seeing them try to get meds dialed in as he has growth spurts has been a huge challenge. I think he was diagnosed around 7 or 8 and not overweight at all. actually would probably classify as borderline underweight.

Thats my problem, i got diabetes when i was 8 (i think) whatever age is between 3rd and 4th grade
