Good Luck!I just set 12 on Sunday, but I let mine settle a bit differently. As I added two a day as I collected them, I put them into the unplugged auto turner. When I got to 12 I plugged in the turner & 'bator & walked away.

I went for a quick ride with a friend today.... We went on a slightly newer trail this time. Right after we turned around to come back, we heard buzzing..... A few seconds later, she started hurrying up the hill as fast as it was safe to go. She turned around and yelled back that there were yellow jackets bombing her & her horse. We got our horses into a fast trot, and shooed the bees away whenever they got too close. Once we got past the dicey parts of the trail, we galloped where we could and trotted where we couldn't. (Downhill) The yellow jackets chased us all the way back, which was more than 1/2 hr away!
Thankfully, the horses didn't get stung, or we would have had a bigger problem on our hands, in the form of a bucking half ton animal.
Moral of the story: Do Not mess with yellow jackets!
albino.under ground and they are in an outdoor pen.she is small so there is no way she could hop 3_8 eggsI fished for spoonbill below the dam about 30 years or so ago.

If the slider was in there for just a couple hours I doubt they're from it.
They're likely from your box turtle. Were the eggs laid above ground or buried in a nest?
What kind of nest do you have for your box turtle?
It needs to be a private, quiet area with the correct depth and selection of substrate. That should be a moist loose sandy loam. That substrate area should be about 3 times the size of the turtle and as deep as the length of the turtle's carapace.
It is actually better to have 2 or 3 nests available so she can pick the one with the best chance of hatching the eggs.
Since there are only 2 eggs I'll bet she isn't happy with the nest. They usually lay 3-8 eggs per clutch. So I think she has dystocia. They will retain most of their eggs if they haven't found a suitable nest so giving a captive turtle a good nest is important.
Any eggs retained will continue to accumulate calcium and deplete the turtle's body stores.
Do you know how to care for the hatchlings when they emerge?
We can squeeze into tighter spaces too.
Where are the eggs?
They're in the ground, right?
How do you know how many?
For a regular turtle or an albino?
I think they're all asleepYou guys are entertaining tonight!
