Yes. My lallygagging was because I wanted to actually change the whole knob to a modern one with a key. I don't have the brain to do it. I have some kind of lock around (for coops of course!) I can put on tonight.

To legally ship to another state NPIP is the min. requirement. Some states have additional requirements, you would have to check the laws of the state you are shipping too.
