No it does get really hit like 90 here they get fresh water everyday and fresh food everyday

I see the problem. Your chicks are less than a week old. They need to be in a brooder... With warmth and only chick feed and water. They can eat the grass and other stuff in the yard that can impact their crop and digestive system. They need to be at 90 degrees for the first week and you drop 5 degrees there after every week that goes by until they feather out. Continue to give them vitamins. Stop giving them worming treatment. Bring them in under the heat lamp. Make sure they are clean.

Is see your post about it getting to 90 popped up just as I posted my question. That could be ok as long as it's holding and they're comfortable and moving around. The dirt they're on can contain things that can make them sick sometimes, most peoples dirt does. Baby birds are very vulnerable so sometimes they get much sicker than older animals. But they might be ok, sometimes a young chick will die and none of the others. It's very hard to know the answers. If you think they look sick like the other one was though it's worth helping them get well for sure!
