Abi way you dont freeze them?

No room in the freezer. I had a second freezer for this kind of stuff, but my "husband" gave it to his uncle.

Besides, canned meat is quick.

Is a six foot post six feet top to bottom? I asked for six foot posts when I bought six foot fencing. Once in the ground, they are certainly not long enough.

No, canning can be done at any time. Especially young birds. They are tender to begin with.
I will have to look up duck recipes before canning. IDK what to do with duck meat. I have never had it, and I am only familiar with the "roast duck'. I have never heard of any other dish.

Yes it's top to bottom 6 ft. Not 6 ft sticking out of the ground.

I am not from the US so I can't tell you a specific brand. But the hottest you can find. I dont know if they will mange with the Trinidad scorpion ( 500,000-1,500,000 in Scoville index! Habanero is just 100,000-300,000!)

@Akrnaf2 how hot is hot paprika? I've only had mild, no heat paprika.
Do you add it so they lay better?

I've always heard cayenne pepper will get hens laying, thought of using Carolina reaper pepper powder, kick 'em up a notch.

My Carolina Reaper plant got hit by frost....earlier this spring i accidently left it out without turning the heat on in the greenhouse....i ate one live on BYC last fall.....it was hot!!!......i was drunk.....

Yes indeed! It is hot, but not a killer hot! Tabsco is abaout 5000 in average.
