I've had to break ice off the five gallon buckets during the winter. Not enough to bother putting heater in bucket though.

Smoke has moved up the hill so we can breathe again. Someone else won't be as its not out.

We've had snow in the mountains surrounding this valley when the snow level drops low enough. But, don't think it's ever fallen on the valley floor.

I guess it has gotten cold enough to snow here, but I still don't think it has.

And I'm glad the smoke has moved away from you, but I"m sorry they still don't have that great of a handle on it. Here's hoping that the winds don't change!!!

I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with the rotisserie chicken I had in the fridge. I had finally decided to marinate it in hot bbq sauce. Then I took the foil off of the bowl. it turns out, when I was putting stuff in the freezer I put the whole bird in a gallon Ziploc bag. I have thought that the bowl had legs in it, but convinced myself it was the whole bird.
So, it looks like I'm having baked chicken legs for supper. It is too darn bad that I don't have any propane for the grill.

Too cold for me. Coldest I remember here is 26*.
