2cc. An 18 or 20 will be fine stay small.
Adults get it once a year and a month or so before kidding for does, kids get a shot at about two weeks and then a booster. I think the booster is around six to eight weeks after the original. I would have to look it up.

No problem. See edit. Also make sure that he has somewhere to stay dry. They hate getting wet, and exposure to lots of wet ground with nowhere dry is likely to result in coccidiosis. I am treating for that right now and it is common, but not good (like chicks lathargic, diarrhea that starts with clumpy softer poop, possible fever).
