I do like my green tea, though; go through a gallon every 2-3 days, year around...cold...can't stomach hot tea.

My "teenagers" survived their week in the outdoor run while I was on vacation. Last night I tried to get them out of the run to put them in the coop to sleep for the night and I could not get them. Guess they like it too much. They seem SO BIG now, and I need to make a serious effort to get them integrated with my big girls. My 4 week old chicks that I hatched are starting to stink to high heavens, they are about to get evicted! My problem is I can't move them outside until I get the 10 week olds integrated due to space issues.

Green tea is very healthful. I only quit coffee because I was trying to cut out things that make my body more acidic. Coffee is equivalent to stomach acid.

The lime juice makes the hot tea more palatable.
Lime, even though it is acidic, causes the body to become more alkaline.

congratulations on their survival
I doubt it would happen around here without a miracle.

What is her recipe for the paleo pancakes. ?

Will apriciat the receipt of that pancakes!

I don't have her exact recipe now but will get it when she comes home.
They tasted a bit strange the first time but now I couldn't bring myself to eat a regular pancake.

All that is in it is cashew butter, applesauce, eggs and a bit of cinnamon.
I know that almond powder/butter and peanut butter or possibly tahini can be substituted for the cashew butter.

Thanks!

Ummm? Os?

But look at Toronto's run differential.

Cardinals have scuffled a bit but are in second place behind the stellar 2016 cubbies.

Cubs have a +136 point run differential
