I would love to know, and have bopinions an the best sharpening (wet) stone. @Chaos18@ChickenCanoe

I already told her. Gotta keep carbon steel oiled though or it'll rust. Tip I got from an old-timer was to use vegetable or olive oil, that way you don't taint your meat with chemical laced synthetic knife oil.
