Yes... will be keeping all whites and any that are unusually marked. Will also be keeping the purple pied that I hatched from shipped eggs.

This may be a stupid question but why the zip ties on their legs

She uses them to track weights. I use them to pedigree the birds. Ideally, all mine should look identical. Occasionally I can tell roosters apart but not hens.
I keep track of rooster and if known, the hen that laid the egg, egg size and egg color.
