you can make marshmallows, its not very hard
though all the stuff you listed is very yummy as well
My mother makes homemade marshmallows. All natural. You can also buy them all natural as well (pretty pricey if I recall). I am not a big marshmallow eater, so I never bothered to learn, but if I ever got a hankerin' I'd make them from scratch...

Hope eveyone is having a better day than this poor guy. What? :/ What's on his feet, I can't tell.

That's a specific breed from Asia that has extremely thick legs and feet.

That is one bird that I would use the feet from for soup.

so @casportpony i have 355 received ovates out of those 93 have comments, they are from 75 people
i have 75 unique, so therefore you are all correct
new person new unique ovate

Thanks for that.
i have 1308 'points'
It may be iffy to talk about. However, I think being aware of ovates may encourage people to be kinder and give more helpful information.

So if it's dark to the bottom would you say they're dead? :-(
If it is dark to the bottom, they are fully developed.

You ever get in to writing code and rules for it?
I did when I was doing technical training. We kept scores on virtually everything for electricians, pipefitters and other trades.
I learned a lot.

Yea it's been several years since I've done any of that type stuff with it as well. Always found it kind of fun doing it as well.
It was fun to convert math into the spreadsheet formulas.

i'm weird and like math, it was my favorite subject when i was in school, then english and french
I hated math.
When I became an electrician I had to embrace algebra and trig.
I didn't like English till I was in college and realized all my grade school and high school teachers were wrong and I actually was a good writer. That it was OK to write compound sentences. Actually it was preferred if the situation warranted. I was always told I was a bad writer because I didn't write the way they taught. I wanted to write the way I thought and spoke. I eventually became an award winning writer in college. Don't believe what everyone tells you.
Go with your gut.
I was good in Spanish - only because that teacher was the one with the lead pipe and I got tired of getting whacked in the butt every day. If you made a mistake, either in pronunciation or translation of Spanish legends, you had to join the parade after class. You had to stand in front of the class, bend over and grab your ankles and get a whack of a lead pipe on your butt. It stung so bad. You really wanted to do your homework and be good in Spanish.

Mercifully, a lot of what I need to do is computer based, so I'm doing it from home. (Just taking a break...)

Have you read the studies about treating the eggs with a Hydroperoxide solution to help prevent salma? I havent really looked into what they have found as far as effects on hatching eggs, etc. Saw it when it came in my email with one of the poultry digests I get.

UGH got this about four hours ago on my Cell Alerts

Wx : EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH FROM 11AM EDT SAT UNTIL 6PM EDT SUN
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED AN
EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH
WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING
THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES
HIGHS ON SATURDAY WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER
90S. HIGHS ON SUNDAY ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE LOWER TO MID 90S.

* HEAT INDEX VALUES
MAXIMUM HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE FROM
THE MID 90S TO AROUND 100 DEGREES EACH AFTERNOON.

* OUTLOOK
MONDAY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE JUST AS HOT AS SATURDAY

HIGH HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN
WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE POSSIBLE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
STAY
IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED ROOM
STAY OUT OF THE SUN
AND CHECK UP
ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS.
I get those a couple times a day. We're not even getting below the low 80s at night for the next few days. When you're hot and sweaty all day and don't get a break at night, it really sucks.
I did get a fan installed on one of the coops yesterday though. It is inside a window and blows right at the roost and it felt a lot better overnight.
Glad you got it installed, the attic fan I put in the serama shed I thought was OVERKILL is actually doing such a great job the littles are in the coop and not out under the tree trunks in the roots!

Quote: I had a Vice Principal stop me in the hall for not wearing a belt. At the time, I was wearing a new pair of "Continentals", which had no belt loops; just a short non-functional belt in the back for decoration. I reminded her that there were no belt loops to put a belt through. She said it didn't matter; school policy required boys to wear belts, whereupon she produced a length of rope or twine, which she tied around my waist. When she was finished, I pulled my pocket knife out (yeah, there actually was a time when most guys carried pocket knives wherever they went...they were tools) and cut the "belt", right there in front of her. Never heard another word out of her!

day 21 for my duck eggs today. Some I can still see veins and others it just looks very dark, should I still be able to see the veins? I don't think the torch that I use is that great but im worried that I couldn't see movement :-/
If its full its most likely doing well! sometimes its hard to see movement when they get so big in there! check out those links you got to see! try your flashlight ap on your cell to candle, maybe see better?

giving good information is very important, i said my numbers oh well
i think trig was my favorite math course
i loved english and hated my teacher, but she taught me a lot of very good things
i'd want to be good at spanish too if that was the consequence

No goat today, ughhhh she happens to have a springer like I breed, it is 13 years old I think and it was in the driveway and someone turned around and hit it. So I pray they dont have to put her down, but its not looking good, but I also hope we get our Pandoe goatee baby tomorrow!!!
