First time running this big ol girl. Making 1/4" deep cut across steel 5"x10". Made nice deep blue chips almost 4 " long, that burned right into skin and clothes. The chips sounded like keys hitting the floor. So love this mill!

Not really. Climb up on table to secure tooling, tighten up the screw then the nut, get down on floor fire her up and get her set to go. Just keep 7ft back once she gets into the part. Threw a circle of chips a good 25ft around. Dink, dink, dink!
 
So far he is ok.it grabbed him on his ankle and only it's canineswhen in his ankle about.good thing they didn't puncture any veins
